Pirton Limited has enhanced the exterior boundaries of the building by the use of additional trees and shrubs and improved parking facilities
With rendered exterior walls and new external balconies the building has been transformed from a drab 1950's building to a modern vibrant building.
External walls are of Metsec metal framing with insulation, boards and render finish over the existing brickwork and new Metsec specialist framing walls to the new apartments..
Windows are powder coated aluminium double glazed.
The new main roof is of Metsec framing and with a high performance roof waterproofing system with a 20 year warranty.
A new 10 person Otis Gen 2 lift has been provided within a complete new lift shaft.
