Internal walls and floor structure is of 'Metsec' metal framing. Walls and floors have been built to provide more than the Building Regulation requirement for acoustic separation.

Internal fixtures and fittings are all high specification and have been designed by Robert Grace, an Award winning specialist interiors architect.

Common parts to the building has been fully refurbished with new entrance doors to existing Flats, new improved lighting, new fire precaution works and all new decorative finishes.
